Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalised & Custom Items We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items. This includes all personalised signs, cake toppers, and any product made to your specifications.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at rupy_bajwa@hotmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds If your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
