  • Design Approval: If a digital proof or design mockup is sent to you for approval, production will not begin until you provide explicit confirmation. Once approved, no further changes can be made, and we are not liable for any layout errors that were visible on the approved proof.

  • Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that contains defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or highly offensive text or imagery.

2. Intellectual Property & Designs

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital vector designs, and product layouts, is the exclusive property of [Your Business Name] and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors of our acrylic sheets and metallic finishes as accurately as possible on screen. However, because computer monitors and mobile displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

4. Limitation of Liability

God Sign shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or product damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation of signage and name plates. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the specific item.
